Those who regularly care for children, elderly or individuals who are sick or have physical challenges can experience physical, emotional and mental stress and exhaustion. This support group will provide recognition for the realities of caregiving, along with practical help and encouragement. Beginning Sept. 7, it will meet monthly at 12:15pm on the first Sunday of the month at CPC.
