April Impact Mission

For the month of April, CPC is partnering with several homeless and care shelters in the area to provide socks and t-shirts for those in need. Take a moment to pick up a package of new socks or t-shirts – it’s a small token of love and care we can provide for our neighbors.

All items should be new and in a package – for both men and women. Socks and t-shirts can be any color. Place donated items in the missions bin in the church entry area. Contact Rev. Owen Tarantino for more information

Outreach Opportunity

By God’s grace, CPC seeks ways to be a blessing to our neighbors. One of the many ways we would like to do that is to care for those from other nations who are making St. Louis their new home. There is expected to be about 500 refugee families arriving in our area in the coming months. These families will need help to navigate their new surroundings, and CPC is responding to this need by asking for volunteers to help care for these refugees. On April 14 at 7:00pm we will be offering online orientation for those who may be interested in exploring this as a way to care for others. Please consider being a part of this initial training. For additional information, contact Owen Tarantino.

Campus Outreach is not just a partner of CPC, but a part of our church, reaching and ministering to students at local universities.

The Campus Outreach Story

Amazon Wish List for Campus Ministry Fall 2020 for creative ministry during this coronavirus pandemic.

Prayer Requests:
1. The Lord would fill our nets with relationships this Fall– new entry points would be make visible to us
2. The Lord would produce athletic disciples on the campus, those whose lifestyles are fit for the Lord
3. The Lord would help students and us staff to know the need and joy of prayer as we plug into the Lord’s power and nearness
4. The Lord would show students their potential for building up the Kingdom and help them to see the potential of others around them.
5. The Lord would build multiplying movement at SIUE and Truman, so that we are able to expand to other campuses in St. Louis and to launch new teams out of St. Louis and into the world.
