You have two ways to listen to the audio files: You can listen to the audio while online, or you can download them and listen to them later.

To listen to audio online, click on the Listen Now link. You must be connected to the internet the entire time you are listening to the audio.
To download the MP3 sound files to your computer and listen to them later, right-click on the Download MP3 link and choose the appropriate save option from the pop-up menu. Once you save the file to your computer, you can play it any time.
